For the first time, a completely unique website dedicated to a classical music composer – available in French since 2015, English, and German versions are still in progress and will be both launched in June 2024– allows all most expert Wagner lovers and neophytes to get direct free access all biographical elements of the life of the illustrious composer, providing a better understanding of the fascinating Wagnerian saga from the composer’s birth in 1813 in Leipzig to the latest productions of the Bayreuth Festival. The result of several years of research, this site gathers information from the artist, his contemporaries, as well as from the most eminent biographers and specialists of the composer. It also offers in-depth articles attempting to unravel the mysteries surrounding the man and his work: a comprehensive collection of information, brought together and presented for the first time, accessible on the internet.”
