HASAN NİYAZİ TURA was born in Istanbul in 1982. From a young age, he studied composition, harmony and counterpoint with his father, Prof. It started with Yalçın Tura. 7 years old Prof. He started his violin education with Gönül Gökdoğan and Prof. He continued his studies with Nuri İyicil and studied at Mimar Sinan University State Conservatory, where he graduated in 2003, as Prof. He also studied composition privately with Hasan Uçarsu. ‘1st Place’ in the National Composition Competition opened by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Culture and Tourism in 2004. He won the First Prize in the Large-Scale Symphonic Works category with his Symphony. His violin mastery studies were carried out by Prof. Continuing with Cihat Aşkın, he performed the first performance of Cemal Reşid Rey’s Violin Concerto in 2006. In 2007 (E) Org. He composed the ‘Martyrs Oratorio’ based on Aytaç Yalman’s libretto. Prof. He completed his master’s degree in Orchestral Conducting, where he started to study privately with Gürer Aykal, at Hacettepe University State Conservatory in 2010 with Prof. After completing with Rengim Gökmen, he performed in our country with the Istanbul State Symphony Orchestra, Istanbul State Opera and Ballet, Çukurova State Symphony Orchestra, Antalya State Symphony Orchestra, CRR Symphony Orchestra, Hacettepe Symphony Orchestra, Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality Symphony Orchestra, Muğla Metropolitan Municipality Symphony Orchestra, Orchestra Academic. Başkent, Karşıyaka Chamber Orchestra and Doğuş Children’s Symphony Orchestra; He performed abroad as a conductor with the Sliven (Islimye) Symphony Orchestra (Bulgaria, 2011), the Karaganda Symphony Orchestra (Kazakhstan, 2012) and the Central Saxony Philharmonic Orchestra (Germany, 2014). The ‘Clarinet Concerto’, which he composed in 2012 and was first performed in Qatar the same year, was performed by various soloists in Latvia, Switzerland, Germany, Sweden, Hong Kong and the USA, as well as in our country. The Ballet ‘Aspendos: Love of Centuries’, composed based on the choreography of Nugzar Magalashvili, was staged at the 20th International Aspendos Opera and Ballet Festival held in 2013. He composed the symphonic poem ‘Martyr’s Song’ and the violin concerto ‘Concertango’, which were performed at the opening of the 43rd Istanbul Music Festival (2015), and appeared as a soloist in the performance of this work in Germany (2017). Hasan Niyazi Tura, who was selected as the Composer of the Year at the ‘Andante’ Magazine 2016 Donizetti Classical Music Awards and worked as a member of the 1st Violin group in the Presidential Symphony Orchestra between 2007 and 2018, currently serves as the 1st Deputy Conductor of the Istanbul State Symphony Orchestra. .
