Victory in the International Singing Competition in Salzburg, an engagement at the Vienna Opera, and above all the release of a Bach album by the prestigious company Deutsche Grammophone – these were the first three years of the rapid career of one of the most talented Czech singers of recent decades, Magdalena Kožená. The celebration of such an extraordinary success of the Czech performer on the world music scene was a concert tour of the artist and the Musica Florea ensemble in seven Czech cities, the atmosphere of which was captured by Czech Television in 1997 in the Besední dům in Brno.
