Iconic Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli’ s concert film, ANDREA BOCELLI 30: THE CELEBRATION , will be released in theaters worldwide this November 8, 2024. The film documents the three-day event in July honoring Bocelli’s 30th anniversary in music.
The event, on Monday 15 July, Wednesday 17 July and Friday 19 July 2024 , takes place in Lajatico, at the Teatro del Silenzio (Theatre of Silence) in Tuscany. Once a year, this stunning natural amphitheatre in Bocelli’s hometown comes alive with the enchanting melodies of music. The film captures this once-in-a-lifetime concert, which will showcase Bocelli’s extensive repertoire along with captivating duets with other artists.
An unprecedented number of global stars descend on the hills of Tuscany to celebrate Bocelli’s 30th birthday, and their performances will be featured throughout the film. Confirmed artists include Ed Sheeran, Brian May, Shania Twain, Jon Batiste, Russell Crowe, Sofia Vergara, David Foster, Christian Nodal, Sofia Carson, Laura Pausini, Tiziano Ferro, Zucchero, Giorgia, Matteo Bocelli and classic superstars Placido Domingo, Jose Carreras, Lang Lang, Aida Garifullina, as well as Nadine Sierra .
